In my house there is on the ground floor, the living room and the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is the staircase which leads to the first floor. There is a big room and a smaller room. There is also a bathroom. In my living room, there is a sofa with a blanket because I am always cold, a coffee table and my desk. And yes, I have a space for my office in my living room. I have a fully equipped kitchen. I do no have any table, I eat on my sofa. I have a garden too with plants but it is not very nice at the moment.
